Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the total invoice amount for every 30 days past the due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Inform the Service Provider of any existing hazards or special conditions on the property.

4.1 Cooperation

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are as follows:

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for full payments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5.1 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring additional fees.

6. Liability and Insurance

We hold liability insurance to cover any damages or accidents that may occur during service delivery. However, the Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • Damages resulting from Client negligence.
  • Loss of personal items not disclosed prior to service.

6.1 Limits of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the services provided. Clients are encouraged to secure personal belongings to prevent loss or damage.
