3.1 Late Payments

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the total invoice amount for every 30 days past the due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Inform the Service Provider of any existing hazards or special conditions on the property.

4.1 Cooperation

Proper cooperation from the Client is essential for the efficient and safe completion of services. Failure to comply may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are as follows:

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for full payments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5.1 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring additional fees.

We hold liability insurance to cover any damages or accidents that may occur during service delivery. However, the Service Provider is not responsible for:

Damages resulting from Client negligence.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the services provided. Clients are encouraged to secure personal belongings to prevent loss or damage.

7.1 Client Obligations

The Client must ensure that the service area is free from hidden hazards and that pets are secured during service delivery.
